My certification as a Massage Therapist is really just the base of what I offer at my practice. Yes, I can do deep tissue, trigger point, Swedish, hot stone, pre-natal... But my specialty is peace and serenity. A quiet space to relax and take care of your body and mind. I combine my sessions with Reiki and Polarity Therapy, but you wouldn't necessarily pick up on that. You will pick up on the connectedness to your body and tranquility that you feel after your treatment. I attended Spa Tech Institute in Portland, Maine 2005-2007 and graduated with 1000 hours. I enjoy expanding my knowledge of the body through anatomy courses, physical exercise, and yoga.
Lane Marie Roth, CMT I am a certified massage therapist and a 2001 graduate of the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, with 1000 hours. I am currently in training for Advanced Thai Practitioner at the Denver School of Integrative Massage.
My portfolio consists of a variety of modalities including: Swedish, Neuromuscular, Normalization of Soft Tissue, Sports Massage, Thai Massage, and Hot Stone. I am also trained in Prenatal Massage and give classes to new parents on Infant Massage.
My clients experience personal, professional, and unconditional support in the process of balancing the body, mind, and spirit.
I live in Centennial with my daughter and I enjoy spending every chance I get in the mountains! That's why I live where I do. My hobbies include; hiking, running, yoga, fishing, hunting, skiing, and snowshoeing. This allows me to experience firsthand the areas of the body that are more susceptible to stress and strain based on each outdoor activity.

Bonnie Belliveau, CMT
Bonnie is a recent graduate of the Healing Arts Institute of Ft. Collins, CO. Her focus and passion is corrective bodywork utilizing a special form of neuromuscular rehabilitation therapy, which combines deep tissue therapy, active movement and active awareness—the result is a method that changes posture, re-educates movement limitations and motivates clients to take responsibility for their health. Bonnie is also trained in Swedish, Sports, Prenatal & Hydrotherapy techniques.
Bonnie moved to Laramie in 2007 from her home state of Minnesota. She lives here with her husband and dog and loves to be out enjoying all the natural beauty Wyoming has to offer.
Laura FrancisLicensed Esthetician
I am a fourth generation Laramie native. In 2007 I moved to Washington and graduated from the Euro Institute of Skin Care, a leading college dedicated to western and naturopathic esthetic techniques, renowned as one of the best schools in the country.
I have carefully researched skin care product lines with appropriate ingredients for use in the treatment room and at home to encourage a healthy skin in this rugged Wyoming environment :i.e. thin atmosphere, year round sun, wind, cold, etc. I am very excited to be here to provide a high standard of treatment and service to my native community in an environment of casual elegance for everyone to enjoy.
